We invite you to join us in celebrating the life of Jade.
Jade's service will be held at Oldham (Hollinwood) Crematorium on Thursday May 16th at 11:30am.
The crematorium is located within Hollinwood Cemetery with ample parking available all around the cemetery grounds.
Attendees are invited to join Jade's family for refreshments and to continue celebrating Jade's life after the service. Details of the venue can be found on this tribute page.
